If you have a previous prepaid card from First National and need to report it as lost/stolen or would like card information, contact customer service at 1-800-486-0292.
If you have a prepaid card that is approaching its expiration date, here is what you need to know:
- The funds on the card do not expire; the plastic card expires.
- Convenient Cards will automatically reissue cards, at no cost, to the cardholders that have had at least one transaction on their cards in the last 90 days prior to expiration.
- Reissued cards will be mailed to the mailing address listed in the cardholder’s profile. If a cardholder’s mailing address has changed, they should login to their online card account and update their mailing address.
- For cardholders whose cards are not automatically reissued, they can contact customer service and request that their card be reissued.
