Go Green with First National E-Statements
E-Statements will be available to First National Bank of Northfield online banking customers effective January 11, 2010.
E-Statements are:
- CONVENIENT – You will be notified by e-mail when your monthly statement is ready for viewing. You may view it at your leisure.
- SAFE – E-Statements will be accessed through our online banking service and receive the same security protection as all of our online banking transactions. There is no need to worry about mailbox theft.
- GREEN – No paper. No envelope. No need to shred. E-Statements will be archived for 13 months. If you need a hard copy for your records, you may print the pages you need.
To enroll:
- Return to First National Bank of Northfield main page.
- Log on to Online Banking as you would normally.
- Follow the prompts to E-Statement enrollment.
- Read the agreement and indicate your acceptance of the terms.
- You will be notified by e-mail when your E-Statement is available to be viewed.
To view your E-Statement, please follow these steps:
- Log in to Online Banking at firstnationalnorthfield.com using your Access ID and Password.
- From the “Accounts” tab, select the applicable account.
- Select “Documents.”
- Under “Document Types” select “Applicable E-Statements.”
- Under “Documents” select the current month’s statement.
- For your convenience, a Consumer Error Resolution and Balancing form is available as an attachment to your e-mail message.
