To ensure complete satisfaction with your gift card experience, please read and remember the following usage tips.
Immediately sign the back of your card; remember, if lost or stolen this card is just like cash. Go to www.convenientcards.com to register your card, in case it is lost or stolen. If you do not register, we may not be able to replace your card.- When using your card, always choose “credit” as your payment option.
- This card does not have a PIN! Do not attempt to use this card for ATM, Debit, cash back or cash advance transactions.
- Pay inside for gas purchases. You will not be able to pay at the pump.
- Many restaurants routinely add a tip to your bill. Factor in an additional 25% to be sure the purchase authorization is approved.
- Keep track of your card’s balance to ensure your transactions are approved.

Two free live-agent calls per month (excess monthly calls will be billed to your card at $0.50 each).
- To make a purchase for an amount greater than the card’s balance, you will need to use a second form of payment in addition to the gift card. Be sure to tell the cashier how much you will pay using each type of payment. Most merchants can not determine the card’s balance.
- If you plan on making a purchase over the Internet, over the phone, or via mail, be sure to go to www.convenientcards.com and register your card. Merchants routinely verify the address to make sure the proper owner is using the card.
- Keep your card in case of merchandise returns. Merchants will credit the value of merchandise returned back to the card used to make the original purchase.
If a merchant cancels a transaction or credits your account for returned merchandise, it may take up to 7 days for the funds to be available.- Starting the seventh month after the Gift Card is purchased a $2.50 maintenance fee will be charged to the card’s balance and continue to each month until the balance is zero (or as allowed by law).
- There is a card replacement fee of $15.00, assessed against the card’s balance, each time a replacement card is requested.
