With this option, your rate is fixed for the duration of the loan providing stable monthly payments. Loans are usually 15-, 20- or 30-year terms.
USDA Guaranteed Loans – Up to 100% Financing
Up to 100% financing available and in some cases the loan can even cover some closing costs or improvements. 30-year fixed rate loans.
